All products are made in small batches by hand without the use of any chemical additives or preservatives.  As a result, there may be small variations in our products from time to time.

Shipping
All orders ship within 5-7 business days upon payment.  In the event that there is an exception, you will be contacted directly with details.  International orders are subject to respective taxes and duties.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.  Once an order is shipped, a refund can no longer be issued if the products arrive in good condition.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact Rosarium within 3 days of arrival and a replacement will be issued. Please take a photo of the product and the packaging as proof to USPS for reimbursement.
