All services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

Sometimes its unavoidable to be late, however that may mean that your appointment

will be either shortened or rescheduled.

 

 

c a n c e l l a t i o n   p o l i c y

At least 24 hours or more notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

 If less than the required 24 hour notice is given, you will be charged 50% for the scheduled session.

If less than a 4 hour notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the full scheduled session.
